Pvolve is one of the most powerful ways I have found to rebuild my body with great functional integrity. As much as in the videos they often stress the outer appearance (pvolve does give you a great butt) it really is the ideal functional exercise to build a strong and elongated body without bulk. The focus on opening the hips and firing from the glutes will help you with any other exercise/sport and just make you stronger and better.
I aim for 4 sessions weekly and love the fact that I can do it anywhere by streaming
