Ingredients:
- 120g natural coconut yogurt
- 100g cucumber
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
In a high speed blender, blend the coconut yogurt with half a cucumber, salt, lime juice and garlic. Using a grater, grate the rest of the cucumber and mix with yogurt. To complete, add chopped fresh dill and mix well.
