Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp of Chilli Chutney (see this recipe)
  • 1 small ripe tomato (about 100-150g)
  • ½ ripe large ripe mango
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice

Blend in a high-speed blender or your Vitamix. Serve with steamed or baked vegetables.
