Here are 4 variants for a delicious Spirulina Dressing to serve on steamed or baked veggies or a large, fresh salad. Enjoy!
Ingredients for V1:
- ½ small zucchini (about 120g)
- 1 spring onion (scallion)
- 3 Tbsp natural coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp spirulina flakes or ½ Tbsp spirulina powder
- Juice of 2 large limes
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 4 Tbsp coconut water or spring water
- 1 Tbsp coconut powder (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander
Ingredients for V2:
- ½ batch of spirulina dressing version 1
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 Tbsp natural coconut yogurt
- 1 date
- 5 Tbsp coconut water or spring water
Ingredients for V3:
- 1 Tbsp spirulina flakes or ½ Tbsp spirulina powder
- Juice of 4 limes
- 1 small zucchini(about 200g)
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander
- 3 spring onions (scallions)
- ½ small garlic clove
- 1 large kafir lime leaf
- 5-6 large basil leaves
- ½ Tbsp coconut aminos
- 3 Tbsp coconut water or spring water
Ingredients for V4:
- 1 batch of spirulina dressing version 3
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
