• 4 bananas
  • Half a lime
  • 90g medjool dates
  • 50g fresh raspberries
  • Seeds of ½ vanilla pot
  • Handful of mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry)
  • Small fresh basil leaves


Cut the bananas in halves, lengthwise, before peeling them. When they are halved, peel the skins off gently to not break the bananas. For a date-raspberry cream blend dates, raspberries, vanilla and a squeeze of lime juice. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small blobs of cream on the banana halves. Decorate with fresh berries and basil leaves.

Serve as a dessert or a party nibble.
