This detox soup helps to remove heavy metal toxicity. Add “The Pudding’ to ensure a full transition out of the body.
INGREDIENTS:
- A handful of cilantro, parsley and basil
- Two ribs of celery
- 3 tbsp of dulse
- 2 tbsp of wakame
- 2 tsp chlorella
- 2-3 dates
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 2-3 handful baby spinach
- 1 spring onion
- 2tbsp of hemp hearts
- Optional: you can add peppers and a little ginger.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix it all up with 1 cup of hot or cold water depending on whether you want a cold or warm soup. Add more liquid if you’d like it thinner. You can top the soup with fresh sprouts or a sprinkle of goji berries. Enjoy!
