Stinging Nettle Root Tea

This cup of tea recipe provides your body with everything it needs to recover from an intense workout or hard day at the office.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Pour 8 to 12 oz of boiling water into a coffee cup
  • Add 1 Stinging Nettle Root Tea Bag
  • Add 1 Teaspoon of Pine Pollen
  • Add 1 Teaspoon of Chaga Mushroom Powder
  • 1 Lemon Wedge (Optional)
    Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, stir, and enjoy
