Cucumber noodle salad

Oodles of cucumber noodles and other fine ingredients. This recipe is simple to make and can easily become a staple meal.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Spring Onions
  • Nori Seaweed
  • Lime Juice
  • Braggs Amino Acids
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
Spiralise cucumber into noodles, grate the carrots, chop tomato and spring onions. Arrange Buddha Bowl style (see photo).
Cover with a side of nori seaweed, drizzle with loads of lime juice, a tiny bit of braggs amino acids or coconut aminos. Then add 1tsp of toasted sesame seed oil and some toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
