This recipe is quick to whip up and will fill you up. Bursting with flavour and nutrients.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of frozen cauliflower (optional, or if you want to use less banana)
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- +- 10 dates or raw honey
- 1 tsp raw pine pollen
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds or a few brazil nuts
- Blend with a bit of water or coconut water and top with some grated coconut, fresh berries, dried berries, sour cherry concentrate juice or edible flowers.
Top tip: *This makes a great dinner when you have had fruit / green juices only during the day*
