
Tahini Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of raw sesame seeds
- Juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of garlic powder,
- 1 date
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup of water
Mix it all up in the vitamix and it’s ready to use as a dressing
Salad Ingredients:
- Lightly Steamed asparagus with a little salt to taste or no salt
- Mung bean noodles
- Seaweed
- Toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Simply boil the mung bean noodles with some seaweed. Set aside and drain. Add a bit of toasted sesame seed oil and Braggs Amino Acids for flavour, or sea salt. Arrange in a bowl as per photo. Serve.
Top Tip:
This recipe is great for cooler days, served with a side of raw salad and the light tahini dressing.
