Ingredients:
- 170g frozen bananas
- 40g medjool dates
- ½ tsp maca
- ½ tsp lucuma
- ½ tsp mesquite (algarrobo)
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 130g coconut water or filtered water
- 10g walnuts (optional)
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
