It is said that our body is not able to tell the difference between an experienced imagined and something actually experienced and so we want to become super conscious of the thoughts we choose to have and where we choose to place our focus within any given moment. Join us for a beautiful guided visualization meditation that focuses on grounding and connecting to the earth.

Within each moment we have limitless thoughts and perceptions available to us and it is our freedom within each moment to choose what we wish to see and how we would like to experience each moment. This is how meditation truly serves us. It allows us to learn how to master the mind and maintain it in a state of purity so that we can experience life and situations from a higher loving perspective and just like with anything else, the more and more we practice the easier it becomes.

Grounding our mind through meditation is a truly powerful tool as it allows us to ground our minds back into our bodies and into the present moment. When we are ungrounded it is generally because we are largely living in our minds which can cause much fear and anxiety.

Meditation for Grounding and Connecting to The Earth is a beautiful guided visualization meditation that I would recommend doing either in the mornings before you start your day or in the evenings before going to sleep. Make sure you are in a comfortable space and feel safe.
